Each customer is provided from the outset a dedicated Account Manager as an ongoing point of contact through all stages of the interaction.

Solution Architects design required solutions and these are delivered by qualified and experienced Technical Consultants, delivery is managed by qualified Project Managers who ensure requirements are delivered according to agreed cost, timescales and budget.

IT support is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing high quality IT services and solutions, and aim to provide the level of support a business would expect to receive from an internal IT team.

As part of our solution offerings we include user training and appointing a local champion (super user) who can assist internally.
